Two SuperEZs flying together at dawn!

Well, it's dawn in this video and you'll get a chance to watch a couple of SuperEZs up in the air. Sorry, there aren't any race drone shots, nor are we dog fighting. This is just a lazy video filmed on the Samsung Galaxy 8. I tidied it up in post production, but there aren't a lot of cutaways or talking heads in this video. Let me know if this is a style of video you like!

As it turned out, Adrian was back at dawn at the same field. This was the second time we met. We hadn't organised anything. It was just a happy coincidence. The conditions were mostly calm, with a slightly gusty breeze. To be honest, I sort of prefer flying alone, purely for the serenity and calm and I'm not big into having to 'perform' for spectators! Add in some extra pressure not to collide with him and the nerves are up a little!

This morning, I ran all of my packs through the plane - including the puffin' billy (3s 1200mAh). My times were 13 minutes, 17 minutes and 8 minutes (the 1300mAh). When I got home, all packs were right around the 3.69V-3.75 at rest.

In this video, I take the SuprEZ on another couple of flights. The maiden (earlier video) consisted of two 5 minute flights, followed by two 10 minute flights that same afternoon, combined to total 30 minutes. After those early flights, I checked the batteries when I got back home and realised there was so much left in the battery, but I didn't want to find out the hard way considering I don't have LiPo alarms just yet.

As it turns out, RC flying is more addictive than crack. I bought 2 more batteries.

I'll definitely consider playing with this in the future.

I'd love to hear from you. Have you flown the SuperEZ or another FMS plane? Are you a newbie or have you been flying for years? Leave a comment and I'll see you in the next video!

Don't forget to click all the buttons and hit the bell to let you know when my next video is up!

Disclaimer: This is not an RC vehicle channel. I am not an RC expert.
