I'm fairly new to Steemit (only got my account approved in March) but so far, I've found it highly motivating place to be and the best way to combat procrastination: I've created much more consistently since I joined. One of the best incentives, for me, has been the contests - it forces me to get things finished on time and is very rewarding to have one's work appreciated. With the bonus of meeting great people! ❤
