Great post! I'm still not sure I understand the multiplier effect entirely, but thanks for laying it out. Where is it laid out in quantitative terms?

The gist of it though: You are rewarded for later absolute voting time (up to 30 minutes) and for earlier relative voting time. Which variable matters more depends on the actions of others.
