Crypto projects with large future potential!

Interesting projects that could be massive in the future:

Brave:

What is Brave?

Brave is a browser that is built on the same open source code Google chrome is based on. The browser automatically blocks unwanted ads and trackers that store your digital footprint. Brave is actually faster at loading websites than Chrome and Safari. Click here to see the speed test. Unlike Google's incognito mode, Brave's private mode, that uses the TOR network, actually provides a high level of protection.

Why does Brave have huge future potential?

Just as Chrome took over IE and Firefox, Brave offers features that are desirable to users and contributors. Firstly, any plugin that works with Google Chrome, works in the Brave Browser. This means the opportunity cost of leaving Google Chrome behind isn't that large. Why would people switch though? Like previously mentioned, security is a lot higher. There's no big corporation using the consumer's data for their own benefit. Your Digital footprint is back in your control.

Brave offers really new and exciting features such as Brave rewards. This means you can opt in to watch ads and earn BAT tokens in exchange for your view time on ads. As an uphold wallet is installed in the browser, you can then choose to give these tokens to content creators and publishers that you enjoy. Consequently, this is very attractive to both the user and content creators. They can actually get paid based on what the ecosystem of users utilising the browsers think their content is worth.

Therefore, I feel this is why Brave holds a massive advantage over other browsers and has great potential. It offers anonymity to users through a deeper level of security. It gives individuals the ability earn from their input and get their own share of ad revenue. I feel that many people will switch to Brave once people understand the benefits of using a more secure, fairer browser and of course, once Blockchain and Crypto gains more adoption.

Power Ledger:

What is Power Ledger?

Power Ledger's main goal is to change the energy industry by allowing homeowners and businesses to sell their unused renewable energy via decentralised applications that utilise the Ethereum blockchain. This works by individuals purchasing POWR tokens, which are then used to convert into the platforms domestic currency Sparks. Sparks can then be used to buy or sell energy without the need for a centralised application host (utility providers). Therefore, representing a way in which energy wastage can be minimised, people that produce renewable energy can gain income and cheaper energy for individuals and businesses that require more.

Why does Power Ledger have huge future potential?

Currently the team that is working on Power Ledger have made quite a few partnerships with big names in the energy industry already, such as energy developer BCPG. There are 5 main products on the platform that offer different solutions to different energy problems, with others in development. The main reason that Power Ledger has huge potential is that it offers an energy marketplace with no barriers to entry. It gives the opportunity for local communities and homeowners to sell their unused energy to their neighbours. It promotes a greener future where people have an incentive to produce renewable energy, as they can make a return from an investment in solar panels for example. The energy will be lower prices, due to there being no utility companies trying to make as much profit for their shareholders.

The potential is massive. If everyone was to use POWR, it would create a huge network of peer to peer energy trading. As well as coming up for solutions for other issues surrounding energy usage. Power Ledger has the ability to massively disrupt the energy sector and promote a greener planet for all of us.

These are two projects that show really good signs on how Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies can be used to make a beneficial real world impact.

My only trouble with Brave is that the shields can be too aggressive sometimes. To make some websites work properly, I have to turn off the protections. I’m not saying it’s bad. It’s too good.

Yeah, that happens to me too and I always think that it’s good that it’s blocking a lot of things but that it’s bad that this sites need a lot of things to work

Excellent browser, it saves a lot of data and time, saves from unwanted trackers, blocks ads. Feeling good while browsing with Brave. And well explained Brave in this article.

And somehow it's beautiful
