Ethereum is one of my favorite cryptos, and I wonder about Vitalik sometimes. He is definitely a central point of failure or weakness since the community gives him so much power. Nice post.

Ethereum has enough assets to hire smart people, even smarter than Vitalik :)
I think you are for sure correct, but the community will definitely freak out if he were to leave.
