I dont think it woukd do any good to general public as Philippines is a developing country.

Philippines need taxes to develop the country.
So if all OFW send money without using remittances- many business dies that for sure.
It is good for people like us who have little knowlwledge (me) but what about the majority of Filipinos who dont own a celphone or computer? 😳 This is an issue i think.
