You already know how to make Bolognese so it's time to learn how to make homemade Tagliatelle.
You'll need:
150 g double - zero flour
50 g semolina flour
2 eggs
Full recipe:
Mix 150 g double - zero flour with 50 g semolina flour. Make a mountain and poke a whole in the center and add 2 eggs. Start mixing with a fork and keep mixing until it's not sticky. Then start mixing with your hands until you get a smooth and elastic dough. Let the dough chill at least 30 min in the fridge. Then start rolling the dough on the floured table or wooded board into a thin strips, and then cut into 1 cm thick tagliatelle. Pasta cooks very fast approximate 1 to 2 minutes.
And there's your homemade Tagliatelle.
