Beulangong Bean spice is like coconut gongseng, milled coconut, red chilli, dried chilli, cayenne, garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander gongseng, candlenuts, galangal, and many other spices are all ground. Mutton that has been cut into small pieces washed and put into a large cauldron earlier. Stir with the spices that have been ground until evenly distributed, and do not forget to give salt to taste. Add enough water and cook until half-baked, until the seasoning is perfectly absorbed.
Next enter the piece of jackfruit or banana with chopped onion plus sour water from fruit menteu, a kind of large oranges. Add water and leave to cook. The gongseng coconut that is spiced in spices, causing the aroma of Kuah Beulangong is very distinctive. No wonder, hundreds of residents of Banda Aceh, in this festival activities many people flock to come to the festival arena just to be able to enjoy the delicious Beulangong Kuah.
In addition, the cuisine that takes two hours cooking time, also describes the togetherness and friendship between families and residents. This is illustrated by cooking together and eating together, and should be cooked in large portions and eaten together. When Beulangong Kuah cooks, sometimes the chef will share the quota directly to the people from the big cauldron. Beulangong sauce is delicious if eaten hot-hot.
