As long as it follows the rules above it counts. If you want to sketch something then just make sure you color it in.
At least i cant paint but i can draw, i wish pencil artist can get a chance.
It is included. It can be drawn and colored with pencils, there is no limit to that.

Isn't Sketching allowed I would have loved to participate if sketching is allowed.
Yes, it says in the rules above anything sketched is allowed
It also says submissions must be in Colour.
Yes, if you prefer to sketch it out then that is fine but it needs to eventually be colored in one way or another.
