What the everloving hell? You do realise we can see that you didn't upvote this post. So not only are you comment spamming my friend's post with your link and upvote request, you are also lying about the upvote and resteem. Did you even read the post? Can you tell me what it's about?
Comment spam like this is frowned upon by the community and likely to get you flagged. I could maybe assume that you're a new user and don't know better yet. But lying is unethical and can in no way be excused by your being new.
Next time you want to comment, try finding a post you can actually find something intelligent to say about.
Nice job on calling out that guys BULLSHIT. I would like to thank you on behalf of the Steemit community for doing so.
