Thanks for your entry, but you have 130.794 SP and are not eligible. If you have sent out delegations from what you own and you are running into RC issues that are restricting your ability to function on steemit you should recall them. The only purpose of my giving delegations out is to help those that can't function/interact due to limited RCs.
