• Tell us why some people will never say Sorry even when it's obvious that they are wrong.

Men never say they are sorry because they never see wrong in what they are doing. They never see reasons for being sorry even it’s obvious they are doing wrong to others.

Proverbs 16:2
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes;
but the Lord weigheth the spirits.

These people are blinded by the works of the devil. The devil dictate them not to feel and act sorry.

• How do we handle friends or people that will never say they are sorry?

When a man have done something wrong and never say sorry, take it lightly. Return his wrong deeds with good one. Make him realiize his mistake by doing good things to him.

Romans 12:20-21
Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

• What is the importance of saying "I am sorry"?

Accepting mistakes and feeling sorry for what you did, doesn’t mean you are weak but showing courage to face your failures and wrong doings. Saying sorry shows sincerety in repentance. Its one way of showing humility. And you’ll be easily forgiven.

Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
