Nice contest and i think people should do this more often; i mean express their feeling to their loved ones.
For my mum and family:

Like the prodigal son, i was lost. Like his father you all welcomed me back forgeting i was ever gone.
Like the desert i was with no water to even quench the thirst of travellers but like the rain you defile all odds to provide water.
No love can compare to a mothers love except God's; no one can have your back like siblings except God.
So you see FAMILY you are next to no one but God. Love you all".........
