#206 One Day, One Car

in #cars7 years ago

Today with the American iconic car that crossed several decades...

The car? The Corvette C7

The American sports car by definition in the 7th generation.

After several difficult financial years and a close bankruptcy in 2009, the General Motor Corporation started a production of C7 in 2013.

The model is being powered by the famous engine LT1 of 6.2L V8 of 466 HP for 1539 kg.

Did you know?

The most powerful version of Corvette is in Stingray pack with 660 HP.

I think this car is stunning. I have seen it in white and gray as well as the more traditional colors and I think those look even better. I had an 81 Vette, triple black, 4-speed. Man, I miss that car. The C7 is the first design since that last Stingray that is worthy of the name. When BTC hits 100K, I'll cash one in and pick up one of these. :)

Glad you like it, this car is a lot of power for the money! I am a fan of the c3 models myself, but I got to try this c7 and man it's really nervous and quick! A very enjoyable ride!

I am a huge 'vette fan. Have been for years. Plus the orange...fantastic.

Can;t really go wrong with a vette ;)

$55,000 to $65,0000 for the 2019 model... 0->100 kmh 3.7s. Not to expensive to have a great ride.

Yes it is A LOT of power for the money, that's among the cheapest if not the cheapest ride that offers that much for that price, of course the interior quality is not as luxurious as other cars that offer the same performances BUT none of them at these prices!

I had a chance to drive it in the United States... And felt in love with this model. The noise is unforgettable.

yeah a muscular American, in yellow it looks fabulous.

I prefer the orangy red but damn both look good :)
