There were many stories about how it had started.
But she tried not to think about them. She tried to think about the sunshine and rainbows reality of always being in the sun.
She anxiously looked forward to her 56 days in Inuvik. He didn’t like staying still so much, he called it cheating since he didn’t get the full glory of noon. But even he agreed that there was such a thing as too much noon.
She gently sipped at her morning tea and tried to remember if she had napped or had a full days rest? She panicked at the panic she felt when she screwed up her sleep pattern and went inside to check on her sleep calendar.
She listened for her kids on the monitor. She’d opted not to use the ones with video, what was the point of creating a light proof room to sleep in, if we were going to fill it with the artificial light of gadgets?
She sighed in relief. She’d had a dull 8 hours of sleep. Her sleep schedule was right on target.
