Makes me mad, but with decentralization, there is nothing anyone can do. Best we can hope for is Steemit Inc adds it to the Bad Actors list so at least users get a warning.

I know, there is really nothing you or we can't do. I think even legally there is nothing anyone could do if you could identify them...
