Excellent works of literature that made me realize all I needed to do is become the best I can be and surround myself with people trying to do the same. It doesn't matter how small the positive movement is, just as long as it's moving you forward. A lot of people are under the impression the drive for money and physical pleasures are an excuse to forget ones humanity. I'm not saying it's bad for someone to strive for these things, only that it can't be your only goal. Happiness is found in the hearts of others and that means yours is valuable to the world. Happiness doesn't come at the expense of others and if you think so you are part of the problem. Find a tribe that holds you accountable.
