YUM! Thanks Juliank for making me hungry. I LOVE hamon Iberica. My wife and I spent a few months living in Madrid while I worked in Tres Cantos just outside the city. Tapas was definitely my best experience there. We are in Texas now, but still buy this whenever we can. There was a cheese also that we would order, Manchego , which is my favorite Cheese ever. Do you have any pictures of a Tapas plate (perhaps with a cup of cafe de leche beside it)?

I fully agree. My sister lives in Spain and that ham, sliced very thinly is divine. I wish she could send some to South Africa but unfortunately that is impossible.
