As you know, I failed in 9th and level training, and I had to go back to level 5 training.
I said I would not post the training until I went back to level 9, but I found it interesting to say a few things, and update the photo of my progress.

I completed the whole 9 training. Except for this exercise, which was why I failed.
Today it was the first exercise of the day, I had to do only 4 sets of 1 repetition. As I wanted to overcome myself today in him, I did double 8 sets, almost without rest.
