I resumed exercise by bicycle in this scorching sun. Last winter, I thought of trying hard but lost to the cold, Spring was desperately searching for a new client and it was such a time.
As for thinking about the cold weather countermeasure in winter, I think that I will take as much as possible until about November in the on-season.

My usual menu is not time-critical, it's time. Moving around slowly and relaxedly for about an hour it moves straight from the surroundings of the house to various directions, returning back after 30 minutes. I sometimes skip on a pleasant road, but it is basically relaxing. It is an aerobic exercise.

Even in the cooler time of the morning, it got tanned so it got sunburned, so the cap was renewed. Riding a bicycle with sportswear is easier to turn than before riding with casual clothes, I feel comfortable, I was surprised. I felt that functional wear was amazing.

By the way, if you raise the gear a little bit with a bicycle and turn the pedal with a toe with moderate load, it will be an efficient exercise and it will be pretty thin. I also like walking and running, but the bicycle can be scenery flowing quickly and it can also be a change of pace. Do not forget to supply hydration in summer exercise!


この炎天下の中、自転車での運動を再開しました。去年の冬、頑張ろうと思ったんですが寒さに負け、春は新しいクライアントさん探しで必死でこんな時期になりました。
冬の寒さ対策はあとあと考えるとして、オンシーズンの11月くらいまではできるだけ乗っていこうと思っています。

私の普段のメニューは速さ重視ではなく、時間です。1時間程度のんびり回しながら家の周辺から直線でいろんな方面へ移動し、30分経ったら折り返して戻るスタイル。気持ちのいい道では調子に乗って飛ばすこともありますが、基本ゆったり。有酸素運動ですね。

ただ、午前の涼しい時間帯でもめちゃくちゃ日焼けするので、キャップを新調しました。普段着で乗るより、スポーツウェアで自転車に乗るほうがやっぱり回しやすくて、気持ちよくて、びっくりしました。機能性ウェアってすごいなぁって感じました。

ちなみにですけど、自転車でギアをほんの少しだけ上げて、適度に負荷をかけてつま先でペダルを回すと効率のいい運動になり、結構痩せます。ウォーキングやランニングも好きですが、自転車は景色が早く流れて気分転換にもなっていいですよー。夏の運動では水分補給も忘れずに!

クラシカルでカッコいい自転車ですね。服装で漕ぎやすさが変わるのって、よくわかります。僕は秋まで自転車はお休みです(^^;;

秋までお休みなんですね。私は春〜初夏分取り戻しに(?)暑いけど頑張って走ってきます(*´∀`)b

自転車は気軽に結構遠くまで行けていいですよね。この炎天下… 焦げ焦げの汗びっしょりになりそうですが、でも痩せそうです!
私のは前後に子どもを乗せるタイプのチャリなので重たくて(笑)秋になったら自転車で子どもと少し遠くに出掛けたいと思います。

痩せますよ〜( ̄ー ̄)ニヤリ 日焼け止めベタベタ塗って長袖で走ってます(笑)実は自転車走行中は風が通って汗で冷えてそんなに暑くないんですよ。
前後お子さん乗せて走るののほうが私できないかも・・。バランスが><。秋に遠くのお散歩いいですね!わーわー。素敵です(*´∀`)b
