Hi, your account was one of several that got double-delegated as part of a fix for another issue (i.e. you temporarily received twice as much as your delegation purchase was for). The undelegation you're seeing is where we detected the double delegation and restored the delegation amount to the proper value.

At first, I thought it was because of your RC's situation. Which look like totally drained by the way even with the amount of SP you have.
We're just holding it lower than normal at the moment (around 1%). That's still quite a lot, as it turns out.
