BitCoin : Post-Segwit Adoption Transaction Test. Are we in the fast-lane yet?

<p dir="auto">Prior to the recent <em>User Activated Soft Fork (UASF) drama created at the beginning of the month, <a href="https://bitcoin.org/en/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" title="This link will take you away from hive.blog" class="external_link">Bitcoin (BTC) transaction congestion and delays were among the chief complaints of users sending and receiving BTC through blockchain exchange.
