I’m assuming you don’t have any account yet at DEX?

Fastest way I would think is to buy some LTC at Coinbase then send that to your Poloniex account. Convert/sell it to get BTC to buy BTS. https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/

    Had LTC at coinbase, did just that, sent a bit to polo and converted to BTC then BTS.
    Proud Owner of 298.5xx BTS!!! :D
