Have you looked at iconomi? they do something interesting. every one who buys ICNs (their own cryptocurrency) from them become shareholders. iconomi pays you dividends in a different way and that is by increasing the value of the ICN you hold everytime a buyback happens. so whenever profits occur, they buyback and burn ICNs thus upgrading the value of all ICNS that are still owned at that time
