Does the current price action remind you of 2020? I don't know about you, but I’m having all sorts of flashbacks from back then. Yesterday, the stock market "suffered" the biggest daily dump since the COVID crash, and plebs are panicking.
I don’t fall for this shit because, as I said in a previous post, after seven years in crypto, I’m no longer shaken by shady narratives and all sorts of FUD. Yes, I do believe there will be a big crash; we might have a serious recession that will last for a few years.
There will be a bear market hitting us once again in the future, but not in the immediate future. For now, we’re just following the same halving pattern as we did in previous bull markets. After each halving, there was a chop period, and by the end of every halving year, we saw the real bull run begin.
However, the masses are once again falling for the same shit, fearing that Bitcoin has peaked, that the bull market is over because "everyone is talking about a global recession," and that there won’t be an altcoin season anymore because... "Who’s got the money to buy altcoins if we’re in a recession?"
The same thing was said back in 2020 when the whole world basically got locked down in one of the biggest IQ tests humanity has ever had. We failed the test, and once again, the majority in crypto is failing...
Failing to understand cyclicity, failing to learn basic TA, and failing to study sentiment and how one should countertrade fear and greed. If anyone believes there’s a recession, it’s actually not here yet. The real recession will come once everyone turns bullish, and when every pleb starts talking about how Bitcoin is going to become the new gold.
That’s when I’ll turn bearish and exit the market completely. The masses are always wrong, and hence it’s better to countertrade them rather than go along with them. Just my two cents... Enjoy your vacation, if you have one, and get back to crypto in late September because that’s when the real fun will begin.
