When you start trading on an exchange please investigate if the exchange you trade on is compliant with the respective laws.
There are many exchanges out there that are not compliant with rules and reglulations. Some operate like a bank with no banking permit of licence. Can you imagine? That would be jail time in many countries.

We must be careful before putting our money in trading on must of these exchangers because must of tgemight just close business due to none compliance with their financial regulators. So we must investigate before trading on them.
yes we must be care about this before investing and axcahnging not only from this type of exchanges but also from the scammers and hackers because its not save to invest with out care and identification

It's very important to keep checking whether the laws and regulations are in favour of the exchanges or not. A lot of huge investors are not investing due to this reason.
Thanks for this advice. I didn’t even know you could do that. Some people use exchanges for a trading only and then transfer it back to their wallets. But of course it’s scary to find out your exchange doesn’t comply with rules and regulations.

Legality of cryptocurrencies has been one of the major point of concern in India. It has kept many investors on a side where people think that investing in cryptocurrencies might put them in trouble or they might even lose their money. This is completely a hoax as investors have been involved in this excellent money multiplication process for a quite long time.
If we keep aside the ponzi MLM based projects in India or world and we choose the cryptocurrencies wisely, definitely there are no issues as such. Still, for those who are still worried about this upcoming vibrant market, I will try to cover all aspects of legalization of cryptocurrencies in India.
While China has banned the cryptocurrency trading already to come up with regulations, Japan took the first initiative to regulate these currencies. USA and Australia are already setting up the guidelines to regulate as soon as possible.

Yeah it is ture there are huge amount of exchangers doing this shit. it should be stop cause shitty exchangers money exhchanging way is very dangerous.Who gonna still stay with that a long jail vacation is waiting for him/her. appreciate about your great job and thanks for this awareness.

Yeah i agree with you there are lot treading exchangers they don't have any lisence or legal permission.
This is very bad and risky, people can lose their money by scam.

Yet in many country didn't gave any trading permission but there are still lot of people trading. Many of countries have sentenced the without permission trading exchangers have to go for up to 10 years jail.

I completely agree! Exchanges without proper laws can be very easily hacked. We don’t want to put our investments into unnecessary risk. Security and Privacy is the most important when it comes to investments.
In this case you are relying on trust only. I’ve seen on this platform one specific case. So far it’s reliable. But what if...?
I agree to follow any applicable rules, including in trading on the exchange. Rules are set to minimize risks that can occur until accountable..
