The most popular cryptocurrency is experiencing less and less serious price fluctuations and is in the zone of low volatility. These are signs that bitcoin can reach the price bottom, analysts say Bloomberg Intelligence.
In October, there was only one day in the bitcoin market when its price deviated by 5% or more, while in January and February there were nine such days.
"Low volatility is a sign of the end of speculation, and ultimately reaching the bottom,"says analyst Mike McGlone." High volatility is a major factor reducing most of the use of cryptocurrency for anything other than speculation."
The head of the London company Atlantic House Fund Management Charlie Morris agrees with this opinion.
"Low volatility indicates calm and balance in the market, as well as low speculative interest. Given the ten months of exhausting bearish mood, the next step will be bullish, " he said.
The price of bitcoin has fallen by more than 50% this year. In October, it remained around $6,300, compared to a high of $19,511 in mid-December.
"Today's bitcoin market is relatively stable, – said the Executive Director of applications for cryptocurrency transactions Plutus Daychopan Daniel (Danial Daychopan). - Emotional traders were washed away by the recent disaster, and with them a lot of volatility".
