I've been brewing for about 8 years now. Going to write a post soon for @mazzle on how to get the most out of a cheap system. I'm likely to post it here as part of a beer review so keep your eyes peeled if you want to learn more about brewing. I'm also happy to try and answer questions if you've got them.
