On a parcouru le chemin de Fauve para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

En este caso la cervecera francesa Fauve, ha hecho una excelente interpretación del estilo en colaboración con los maericanos de Wayfinder Beer, los cuales desconocía por completo. No así Fauve, que es una de las cerveceras artesanas francesas más importantes.Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os muestro un estilo muy poco elaborado. Tiene varios nombres, Hoppy Pils o India Pale Lager. No es más que la combinación de de una cerveza de baja fermentación clásica o Lager, con una buena cantidad de lúpulo, más propia de una IPA. El resultado suele ser una cerveza limpia y cristalina, suave y fácil de beber pero con un final robusto y amargo.

La cerveza me ha encantado. Es ideal para el verano, puesto que es muy refrescante, poco alcohólica y muy fácil de beber, pero la importante carga de lúpulo que lleva le aporta un amargor y unos marices cítricos muy interesantes, que a los amantes del lúpulo como yo, nos encanta.
Jamás había oído hablar de los lúpulos de origen francés que lleva esta cerveza, Estrisselsplat, Barbe Rouge. Por el contrario, el Strata y el Citra de origen americano, son ya dos clásicos.

I loved the beer. It is ideal for summer, since it is very refreshing, low-alcoholic and very easy to drink, but the significant amount of hops it contains gives it a bitterness and some very interesting citrus notes, which hop lovers like me love. .
I had never heard of the French hops used in this beer, Estrisselsplat, Barbe Rouge. On the contrary, the Strata and the Citra of American origin are already two classics.
