Ohhh thank you a lot! I started juggling at 21 yo, and always took some juggling stuffs with me. You can juggle while you wait for a train, while chilling at the beach, if you have a pause at work... And then you'll appreciate it more and more, and the skills come by themselves. It's a really good meditation, healthy for the brain and the body. And the feeling when you learn a new trick is amazing.
