Two-year Samart the bungaree (Samarth Bangari's) struck the inhabitants of the Indian village Allapur 250 km from Bangalore, when he began to communicate with a pack of 20 monkeys-languru.
The little boy still speaks very little, but simulates the sounds of monkeys.
Locals first feared that the primates do harm to the boy.
But his uncle Barama Reddy said that they have a “special relationship” and the apes come to visit daily.
