I think they allow recent work to be entered into the contest (within reason), and as long as it meets the basic requirements of the entry then I don't see why it would not be allowed :) After all, this contest is about showcasing talents and encouraging participation so I would love to see your work get some more attention!
@plushzilla is right @katalinaooma, you can enter art/performance that you already posted on Steemit, just make sure you make again a new post specifically for iTalent entry as stated in the rules.

@careassaktart You need to make a new iTalent post, you have the rules in this announcement post, you can use old stuff, but you need to repack it in new "iTalent" post and use the proper #italent tag, also upload Youtube if you are using DTube links, its all up there in the start of the post with big ass letters man 😄 ✌
