Darth Vader: There's an artist in all of us.

As I mentioned earlier I am a sci-fi fan. Here's a little picture I decided to paint for my brother as he moves into his own apartment for the first time.

Drawing has always been a passion of mine. Even if you aren't exposed to arts there is so much to open yourself up to. It can be very relaxing. I decided to grab a bunch of canvases from the dollar store, inexpensive paint and had a bunch of my friends, (including hockey buddies) who had never picked up a paint brush. We sat around, looked at photos online of what to paint, and decided to sketch.

Here's what happened with Darth:

After we spent a few hours on our projects everyone was shocked at how happy they were to do something like that. Tapping into something they didn't even realize they could. Never dismiss your inability to create. You will truly surprise yourself. Try something creative and you will see what kind of doors open up.
