Hey everyone!
Today I released a Character Design Demo on my YT channel.
Now it has been quite a while since I've uploaded anything to my channel, as work has kept me busy and making videos takes quite a while! :)
But while waiting for client feedback, I found a couple of hours to set this one up!
In it, I show a timelapse of how I take a Silhouette, to a rough sketch, a line art sketch and finally fill it with some flat colors and shadows.
Pretty much like this:
It is a quick and effective way of communicating character ideas for Tabletop games as well as video game concept art.
If you are interested in that stuff, i have a few more videos on my channel about the topic.

I did this on procreate Wizard with Apple ipad and pencil. And You were inspiring then as now. Keep it up thanks.

Aye,, does that work nicely? - the ipad and pencil? - I hear so many people who love it.. but im a bit scared to invest in it... :/
OMG, that tool is what allowed me to draw that wizard... prob. the best thing I have ever drawn in my life. Also the time lapse came from Procreate, an app you use on the IPAD.
If I was able to do what I did, I can only imagine what you can conjure up!

I still don't understand how you can draw a silhouette and then do stuff with it, but I draw completely different from you so there is that XD
