KPK nyetel 3 tersangka sing ana hubungane karos pengadaan tanah korupsi sing didakwakake kanggo ruang terbuka ijo ing Pamrentahan Kota (Pemkot) Bandung 2012-2013. Suspek telu yaiku anggota DPRD periode Bandung 2009-2014 lan kepala dinas.
"KPK ningkatake penanganan kasus-kasus kanggo investigasi lan jenenge 3 tersangka," ujare Ketua KPK Agus Rahardjo ing kantornya, Jalan Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Jumat (20/4/2018).
Suspek telu yaiku:
- Hery Nurhayat minangka Kepala Manajemen Keuangan lan Aset Daerah (DPKAD) Bandung
- Tomtom Dabbul Qomar minangka anggota DPRD periode Bandung 2009-2014
- Slamet minangka anggota DPRD periode Bandung 2009-2014
