Today I walked to the local spring and back. 5 miles with 12 liters of water on my back for half the trip. Have to either do this trip twice a week or drink fluoride tea. Not a big fan of having my water poisoned by the man so walking it is. Also I did a second plank challenge.
Also I made friends with a bumble bee.
