Hi everyone. How’s your day today? Hopefully it’s going well.
Today my day is pretty slow. I just went to the hospital in the morning, and visited my patients. I have fourteen patients to visit. I discharged some of them.
Walking from ward to ward and bed to bed. And also there is one patient in Intensive Care Unit. After visiting patients, I attended a meeting in the management office.
In the evening I drove to my clinic. Some patients visited me in clinic to consult their illness.
And you know, so heavy rain here in the evening. Few hours later I drove home carefully. 
Wow, that sounds like a pretty busy day! That is awesome that you are able to see so many patients in one day though. Staying in the hospital is never fun so it is good that you were able to discharge some.
Yeah, there is lack of human resource here. There are only 3 Internal Med Specialists (like me) in my district to serve hundreds thousands of people..
Looks like you were very busy today. Cold and rain - nothing stops you. :)
