The other day it didn't feel right to put on my old shoes and go running for a while. The problem is that I have not exercised for a long time and the body although "has memory" seemed not to remember. Today I made the decision to return to the old squat tables, both static and with leg advance. This will make me go back to having muscle tone and on the other hand it will strengthen my knee and ankle to avoid possible injuries ... I will tell you how it goes!
El otro día no me sentó del todo bien ponerme mis viejas zapatillas y salir un rato a correr. El problema es que hace mucho que no hacía ejercicio y el cuerpo aunque "tiene memoria" parecía no acordarse. Hoy he tomado la decisión de volver a las antiguas tablas de sentadillas, tanto estáticas como con avance de pierna. Esto hará que vaya volviendo a tener tono muscular y por otra parte fortalecerá rodilla y tobillo para evitar posibles lesiones... os iré contando a ver que tal!
