For me it looks like exit scam that fuck all lenders massive.

What happens if the lenders go bankrupt too? Like Coinbase letter that they will use "user funds".

This can destroy the crypto market for years if user funds get eaten in a MTgox on steroid style fuck up.

A lot of funds are locked up for insane rates for many users. Crypto and fiat.

Most likely we will see a lot of this will be gone in the next months ( for longer lock up shit).

Third party risk will eat it.

And this is not the only lender that gave 3AC money. Is it the only crypto fund? Also unlikely.

How much bad money is in the market?

How much is gone? How much was user funds for high rates and debt?
