These super easy treats will keep you full and def. satisfy your sweet tooth.
Here is the recipe as promised:
Coconut oil- 6 servings
Nut Butter of choice- 6 servings (macros use skippy natural peanut butter)
Melt those together for 30-60 seconds
Oats of choice - 3 servings (macros use Bobs Red Mill GF rolled oats)
Whey Protein of choice- 3 servings
Chocolate chips- 3 servings
Cereal or other toppings- 1 servings ( macros use Cinnamon Toast Crunch)
Mix together and freeze for 30-60 mins
Yields: 16 servings
200 calories/serving
13 Fat, 11 Carb, 8.5 Protein
