মানুস সুস্ত ও সবল থাকতে চাইলে বেশি বেশি সবজি খাওয়ার অভ্যাস করতে হবে। এক মাত্র মানুষের ভাল ও সুখি জীবন জাবন করার জন্য সবজি পারে । সবজি খাইলে শরীর ভাল ও মন ও ভাল হই। সবজি তে পছুর পরিমাণে ভিটামিন থাকে। আর এই সব্জির ভিটামিন মানুষের খুব প্রয়োজন। আতে পুস্তির গুনাগুন ও অনেক বেশি।
বেশি বেশি সবজি খাইলে রোগ থেকে মুক্তি মিলবে। এবং শরীর ভাল থাকবে। মেধা সক্তি ভাল হবে। ভাল ভাবে পড়াশুনা করতে পারবে। মুখে রুছি হবে। পছুর প্ররিশ্রম করতে পারবে
পরিশেষে বলতে পারি ভাল ও সুস্ত থাকতে চাইলে বেশি বেশি শাক সবজি খান। সবাই ভাল ও সুস্ত থাকবেন ।এবং আমার পোস্ট ভাল লাগ্লে কমেন্ট করে জানাবেন। সবাইকে অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ
