Social Media Challenge - Brawl Report 17 Overpowering Unit

It's been a while since I have posted my brawl battles report and I am posting this because it is probably my worst brawl result to date with Kingshaven...

The battles for this brawl is bronze level instead of the usual novice level restriction battle so this is a higher difficulty fight. Unit restrictions are the same though, only use Chaos Legion cards are available.

Each battle are also given some random rulesets and mana so we have to quickly decide on what units to use and where to place them on the fly. Details of these rulesets descriptions can be found here.

There were 7 battles for me in this brawl and below are the details:

Battle 1 - Ruleset Silenced Summoners + Spreading Fury (44 Mana): LOST

I was stuck on the decision to chose between Water or Fire in this battle. Eventually went with Fire which didn't work out well. On hindsight, I should have gone with Water and use Alvar as the tank. Also note that Fire doesn't have any opportunity unit in Chaos Legion which put it at a disadvantage against Water.

Battle 2 - Rulesets Weak Magic + Spreading Fury (28 Mana) - LOST

My opponent has Quora Towershead. This screamed defeat for me even before the battle starts. Look at how Towershead roll over my units as if they are non-existance...

Battle 3 - Rulesets Weak Magic + Broken Arrows (30 Mana): WON

I went with Water as it is a Weak Magic ruleset. The extra shield from Water summoner will help block magic attack once. I also added Hellondale to revive my tank which I chose one with higher shield. A revived unit has its shield back even though its HP will be left with 1.

Work well in this match. Opponent went with Life but has too many unshielded small units that get pick up by my gladiator Vorst. With no opposing Disintegrator, my Vorst grew strong pretty fast and soon rollover the opponent units.

Battle 4 - Ruleset Back to Basics + Melee Mayhem (60 Mana): WON

Back to Basics and Melee Mayhem rulesets so I chose Fire as Fire summoner +1 Melee damage would help much in this match. My opponent of course had the same idea and went with Fire as well. In fact we chose almost the same units. I won partly because the opponent Disintegrator keep missing with its low speed.

Battle 5 - Rulesets Stampede + Lost Legendaries (14 Mana): LOST

The opponent used Quora Towershead again and its another battle I will lost. How did everyone seem to have Quora Towershead except me? I am getting a bit pissed off at this point as I have already lost 2 battles in this brawl to the same opponent gladiator that I don't have.

Battle 6 - Rulesets Spreading Fury + Up Close & Personal (22 Mana): LOST

Went with Earth using MyCelic Infantry as a tank with its Shield ability which will reduce Melee damage. But it doesn't matter cause the opponent has, what do you know, Quora Towershead again... argh... how do you fight something like that? A magic and melee attack, a self heal and bloodlust???

Battle 7 - Target Practice + Even Stevens (29 Mana): LOST

Earth is available again in this battle and you guessed it, I met Towershead again... for the 4th time! I went with Death in this battle looking at how I keep meeting Towershead. But the -1 magic damage doesn't matter at all. Towershead still proceed to wipe my arse.

I really have no idea how to beat Quora Towershead in this Chaos Legion only brawl...

5 Losses out of 7 battles and 4 are because of Quora Towershead so MVP in this brawl has to be Quora Towershead even though I don't have her.

Lets take a look at Quora Towershead's stats:

At level 1, she has 2 Magic attack, 2 Melee attack, 11 Health points, self heal and bloodlust. If this isn't overpowered, I don't know what is overpowered. 😅

We still manage to clutch 5rd and we got 1500 merits for that.

At this point, I hope I get Quora Towershead soon else this is going to be very tough. 😞
