Food for All - Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO) 4th edition

Hello Numistmatic family, just wanna share this beautiful set of FAO Money (4th edition).

Bought these set of coins for €9.00 at the famous flea market here in Rome (Porta Portese). At first i haven't had an interest of buying such but as i am checking its details, it reminds me of my father's passion and love in agriculture. After his noble job as a Public Elementary teacher, his daily routine is visiting his farm from all kinds of fruit bearing trees to all kinds of legumes and corn. I honestly miss those days were you need to sweat your a*s and literally made your hands dirty just feed your hungry stomach.😁😆

These beautiful coins from around the world gives us a bit of a reminder of the need to increase food production as we also increase our population.

The money displayed here brings to over 1,000 million the total of Food for all Coin issued by Ministries of Finance and Central Banks at the invitation of the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO), Rome.
