Without demand there is nothing, yet demand isn't everything but it is very crucial. The schools hardly teach children to consume, that's the culture itself, that's everyone else besides the schools, the schools are there to keep you from questioning by spoon feeding you conclusive thoughts that repeat the government (mind control) meme of "for your safety, your your benefit, the people's stick".
