Raindrops on a Thursday

Hello dear Hive friends, I wish you a nice day and hope as always, that you are well! Today it was rainy outside and I took advantage of this opportunity and used this rainy mood to get a great effect on my pictures.

Every weather is unique in its own way, especially in the rain you can catch beautiful raindrops with a little luck, which have accumulated on the leaves and create a special flair. Right on the first pictures are the large leaves of tulips, which were able to catch the raindrops especially well due to their large surface of the leaves. I am very happy when the tulips start to bloom, which should start soon, from about the end of March to May the first flowers will appear.

In the next pictures you can still see Bleeding heart (Lamprocapnos) and a clover species which also bears the common name White clover and scientifically Trifolium repens. I photographed this type of clover on a meadow near me and it is an interesting medicinal plant, which has its medicinal active ingredients mainly in the flowers.

Rain is also often found in mythology and in Greek mythology it is Zeus who is associated with rain. The ancient Aztecs also worshipped their own god who was responsible for the rain and is one of the oldest gods of Central America, Tlá-lock. Also in numerous other myths around the globe the rain is embodied as well as in ancient Egypt the goddess nut about is said, rain are her tears, the thunder her laugh.

When rain falls to the ground, completely natural frequencies are created which can calm the body. The gentle noise on a rainy day can create a very special mood and also has healing effects on the body, also symbolically rain is often referred to as a giver of life and as a sign of fertility and growth.
