Facts about the color blue :
- the color is beneficial to the mind & body - slows down the human metabolism and produces a calming effect
- associated with - honesty, authority, clarity, wisdom & peace
- most popular color used in corporate logos
- also associate with sadness bleh ( in India blue is thought to bring bad luck, because it is associated with mourning) -possibly where the phrase ''feeling blue'' comes from
- 8 % of the world's population has blue eyes
