My Introduction To Hive

My name is Chien, I was born and raised in a small countryside located in the foothills of a central province of Vietnam, where green rice fields, high mountains and waterfalls that pour day and night, and where there are heroes born through many generations of founding the country, like many others, after finishing high school we left the village. I moved to the city to study and work, so I experienced a lot about life in many parts of the country.

Nkechi's Brief-My Hive introduction post

Hi guys! It’s soooooo good to be here! Know why? You’ll find out in this article. The name of my humble self is Chukwu Nkechinyere. My first name is actually “Nkechinyerem” meaning “the one God has given me”. When you shorten my name, it gives a different but slightly similar meaning. Some call me “Nkechi”, meaning “God’s own”, some others call me “Chinyere” meaning “God’s given”. Most of my friends call me “N.K” which of course means “N.K”….. Lol. I have a middle name which was also my mum’s name. The name was given to her by my grandmum because of the story surrounding her birth. And she gave it to me just for being “the first daughter that had to bear mum’s name”. That didn’t sound like a good reason to me and I never liked the name. Hence the reason I’m not going to mention it here….. YET.

Would like to introduce a new guy to Hive

His name is Trung Anh (let me explain a little bit, “Trung” means middle, “Anh” is used to call someone who is some ages older, like a brother. The fact that Vietnamese don’t just call the first name “Anh”, they often call both the middle name and first name, Trung Anh). He loves to be called by his nickname, Rem.

My first introduction to Hive

I'm Pham Viet Vu, 22 years old and a final-year student from Viet Nam. I was born and grow up in Hue city in central Viet Nam which is one of three regions of the country (the north, the central, the south). That is the thing that makes me proud of my city because Hue is an old feudal capital. Besides, this place is called a navel of Viet Nam located between north and south.

@dodovietnam onboarded @hangtran

My name is Le Hang which my parents wholeheartedly gave me with full of love and wish me all the best wishes (I don’t know they just told me so). I am also known as Moon - a nickname that my friends usually call me. The fun fact is that when friends find it difficult to remember my name, I just simply point at the sky as a clue and the name may immediately pop up in their mind. I call it magic ^^.

@dodovietnam onboarded @adenbq

Quoc Trung, it is my real name. If you read backwards my name, it is the name of a country, China. But no, Quoc Trung means patriotism, honest, love for the people, high – minded. When I introduce myself with international friends, I use Aden. I am 22 and graduating from university, becoming a construction engineer.

My First Introduction To Hive.

I am Hằng. Currently, I am junior student at Hue University of Foreign Language.

I was born in a peaceful and filled with human love village in Vietnam. I love my hometown because of its pristine beauty and imbued with humanity.

Onboarder Application

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

  1. Your Hive username.
  2. The types of users you will be inviting.
  3. The reason why you want to be part of the onboarding program.

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.

Be an onboarder now!

I would appreciate a message why your downvoting, at least it would let others know that I'm not a bad person if they come and check my account out. Seeing all those downvotes would put members off from voting.

Hello I think this is an excellent initiative.
I would like to be able to join, but there are certain things that I don't know. For example. the discord room. I don't know how to enter it. Another thing I don't know, is the correct use of tags, I think I'm not ready to have that big responsibility yet. But I think that someday it could be. Maybe in a few months. Greetings to you from Venezuela.
