So beautiful and creepy. Oh life!! Love your art and contributions a lot Precilla. My nephew asked to hear your song 'Flame' the other day. Much love beautiful!! 💕

Aww thanks I try my best, I'm scarce poster and I split publications so far here and on Gems, but I simmer slowly my videos and tops I can do two per month trying to change that, so I come as I have them. Tell your nephew thanks on my behalf I'm really honoured. You have lots of music on spotify too if he uses that app to listen. You can find me as "Priscilla Hernandez"

I couldn't even find the obvious hiding spot this time so I'm really glad you posted the sneak preview of where ratti was this time round as I would never have seen that XD

I think pretty much all lullabies are creepy regardless of where they come from x_x people in the past were definitely a hell of a lot tougher than we were if they could go to sleep to that, although I guess it's different when you're too young to put much meaning to the words and the melody is nice XD

There is anothe spot, but as the video has earthy tones and Tuula is agouti (brownish) it's quite a challenge, so there's another spot but here is one of the two moments.
Well the story harbours a lot of legend in Iceland and is a well known part of their folklore. Some native told me that the mother was in fact in love with the father but abandoned the child due to the possible shame... there are a few variants... but what is really clear is that Iceland has a very rich folklore both about elves (Hudafolk) and Ghosts that in fact have many different categories. I think many children songs are creepy, I don't know if you have watched my take on Ring around the Rosie, for me that ones is the creepiest hahah :) and still naively sung by children in their games. But this one more than horror is eerie and sad and full of moody melancholia

A fantastic performance!

Horrifying lullabies like that used to be pretty common everywhere in the past. That was due to the sad fact of high infant mortality that plagued humanity until late 20th century.

Also, the abandonment of babies like that wasn't too uncommon in the past, either.

We can thank science and technology for our high life quality today. I would pick social media addiction over smallpox any time.

Well indeed there are lullabies that hide really sad stories, like the russian lullabies warning about the wolves. But regarding your mention of disease I think those are more frequent in "Nursery Rhymes" to which the children play, like Ring Around the Roses, I already covered that one, it's spooky

Sencillamente impresionante
