Have you ever had that feeling that you don't have the energy even for breathing? Sometimes I wake up in the morning and understand that I can't make any move without an effort. I feel so puzzled and pessimistic. I know that it happens because of a lack of energy. Having a small kid in the house makes you expend energy with horrendous speed. This situation happened to me today.
I want to share with you my way to pull myself together even on the worst days.
First of all, I try to start my day with positive vibes. It can be good music or a cup of coffee, everything that can make you feel better. For example, if I need a good mood, I start my day with bossa nova music. It makes me feel more relaxed and happy.
Then I try to go for a walk. Believe me, there is nothing in the world that can't be changed by the walk in the park. It helps to release negative emotions and feels much better.
And, of course, in any case, it will be helpful to do something that you really like. For me it is cooking, drawing or writing. These hobbies help me to forget everything in the world and concentrate on this particular moment.
