I am almost through my second day of eating broccoli and steamed chicken. I feel healthier, more energetic and my bowel movements have stabilised. Hooray!!
For the past 10 years, ever since by bodyweight got out of control, I have had diarrhoea. It seems amazing to me how broccoli has regulated my bowel movements in such a short space of time. Long live broccoli.
I feel so hungry though. I'd love to tear into a bucket of KFC right about now, or maybe some bacon double cheeseburgers. Oh yeah, bacon double cheeseburgers (Burger King). Mmmmmmm.
I think I will have to add in some rewards for this broccoli weight loss programme. Not come to a definite conclusion yet but I'm thinking of after every 10 lbs lost I get a day off and can eat what I like. I have doubts though. Perhaps that's too much, maybe just a meal of anything I like. I've got a while to think of something though.
I almost forgot. I did 30 minutes on an exercise bike yesterday and will do the same today. Hopefully gradually increase that to an hour a day cycling and then start seeing how far I can walk, adding in some weight training after I've dropped a few more pounds.
Oh wow, just thinking of being fit enough to go for a walk made me daydream for a few minutes. Where would I go? So many routes. The fresh air, the scenery, and people. I could say "hello" to someone instead of being restrained to the house because of my immobility. My fat, dragging me down, holding me back, restraining me, immobility.
Today's food:
Tomorrow's food = probably broccoli.
